Products will be delivered to you via courier within 3-5 working days. If there is a delay in the delivery of your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. Please ensure that the address and contact details you provide are accurate to avoid any unnecessary delays.
International
Products will be delivered to you via courier and you are responsible for any customs chargers, taxes and additional postage fees that may apply. Terracotta Cells PTY Ltd is not responsible for delays due to customs. Please allow 3-5 business working days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Framed option Artworks
Framing needs about 5-10 working days. Once it is ready we will need 3-5 working days to collect, package and deliver to you.
