BRIEF
A consultation is our first meet and greet with you to identify a brief, your needs and vision for your space.
CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT AND RESEARCH
A detailed analysis on the consultation brief will follow with a visit to the space, by measuring and reference photographing the various areas. To develop a unique concept presentation for floor plans, moodboards and sample boards
DETAILED DESIGN DOCUMENT
Following from the concept phase we work towards refined design solutions. Focusing on developing detailed construction and shopfitting layouts and three dimensional renders.
COSTING AND PROCUREMENT
A sign off of the design, layouts, furniture, finishes documents and the timeline. We appoint suppliers and contractors by compiling a complete design costing document.
INSTALLATION
Installation will take place through managing and over-seeing the spaces on site to ensure the success of the design implementation.
HANDOVER
Before the final reveal, we schedule a snag inspection for all the spaces. Focusing on modifying details to the finest result.
